Wedding Party

Bridesmaids:

I am so honored to have these women stand beside me on our wedding day! They have been a source of support and encouragement throughout the years. They will make this day even more special. Thanks so much for your friendship! Love you girls! ~ Sarah

party_amandaAmanda Fagan: Amanda is currently a math teacher at Wilbur Pence Middle School in Dayton, VA. We knew each other in our early college years, but became close in our junior and senior years at Bridgewater. We were in choir together and spent many nights at each others apartments chatting about all those things girls talk about :) Even after college we remained close and were a source of comfort for whatever life brought us. party_jennJennifer Holder: Jenn works full time for an engineer, directs the choir at her church, and is involved with numerous community organizations. Jenn and I first met working at Willy’s Ice Cream in Waynesboro back in high school, and then were roommates at Bridgewater for three wonderful years! We have so many memories together and I love to look back and laugh at some of our experiences! Whether it was singing around the apartment, waking up to art projects in the room, or taking fun road trips, we always found ways to enjoy each others company.
party_beth1Beth Eller Sutton: Beth is an elementary school art teacher in Harrisonburg. Beth and I were roommates for two years in college. Beth has always been one to share her love of Jesus to all those around her and I thank her for helping me grow in my faith. Beth and I were also in choir together. We both shared a love for making up songs, harmonizing in the bathroom while getting ready, and singing silly songs from our childhood. party_kimKim Woodring Lee: Kim is a Social Worker in Richmond. We became roommates when she was a senior and I was a sophomore at Bridgewater. She has always been a motivator and has such a caring spirit. She is always willing to be honest and ask the tough questions, which I have come to value over the years. Kim and I had wonderful experiences together and are always able to pick up on our friendship even if we have not seen each other in awhile.
party_meganMegan Orndorff Huffman: Megan is a Sales and Marketing Manager for CBS19 in Charlottesville. Megan was also a roommate for two years at Bridgewater with Kim and Jenn Holder. We were quite the foursome and shared so many memories together in Strikler Apartment A1, (MeJeSarKi). I have also looked up to Megan over the years as she has such a caring heart and loves to be with others. She is also a motivator and seems to always be looking for a way to make others lives better than then are. party_jenbJennifer Nash Becker: Jen Becker and I met at JMU in the Occupational Therapy Program. She is currently working at Life Care in New Market. Jen has been a wonderful friend and a huge source of support as we ventured through the OT program together. As we continued to get to know each other we found we shared many similar interests. It is hard to believe we have only known each other for a few years.

Groomsmen:

All these guys are close friends of mine. I’ve known each of them for well over a decade. They’ve stuck with me through some pretty tough times & I’m honored to have them with me on my wedding day. ~Scott

party_kyleKyle Pruett is my brother. He is 4 years younger and currently serving our country in the United States Marine Corps. We have fun together & we fight together. He’s been supportive of me and is going to great efforts to come to the wedding from MO the Friday before, and flying out to CA on Monday. I know his future has some crazy adventures ahead, but it’ll be fun to see where he goes. Love ya mang. party_anthony1Anthony Gregoria has been a close friend since the last year of high school. We became friends in a guys small group through Trinity Pres’ youth group, led by Mark Kuiper (our officiating pastor). Anthony lives in Charlottesville, is married to his wife Sarah, and is pursuing a doctorate in Physical Therapy. Contrary to popular belief, our friendship does go deeper than quoting lines from Will Farrell movies.
party_chrisChris Gregoria is Anthony’s twin brother. We also have known each other well since the aforementioned 12th grade small group, where he first discovered that sarcasm can’t be taken seriously. He might still believe that prayer is forbidden in pastors’ houses. Chris is a wildman of a drummer, almost as good as Carter Beauford. His day job is Assistant to the Regional Manager @ Suntrust. He lives with his super cool wife-laden-with-child, Steph, in Cville. party_chasCharles Johnson and I have too much history for our own good. We go back to the middle school days, from which our friendship evolved into one that would be foolish to take for granted. He has always been a source of encouragement, all while being an accomplice in crime. Should I really tell stories here? Hmm. Charles recently married his bride Shonda; they live in St. Louis, where Chas is a youth minister w/ Covenant Presbyterian.
party_jasonJason Scully is the coolest guy I know. We’ve had many good times pulling stupidly awesome pranks, going on ski trips, and enjoying quality brews/wines. He is the perpetual student of the group, and is currently pursuing his doctorate in Historical Theology @ Marquette University. Much of what is in his head is what normal people consider useless, but he’ll surprise us all and become famous someday. He’s also a darn good violinist. party_tedTed Tarrant and I have been friends since 2nd grade. We’ve done everything from missions trips to campouts to just shooting the breeze about some of the most random things. Ted is a sound technician for Portico and is currently working in the IT department at Tridim Filter Corp, while dwelling in a bachelor pad in Cville. We were roommates for a year; it was then I discovered that Texas Toast might be his worst enemy. He loves fishing and appreciates my hatred for cats.
party_daleDale Zarlenga and I became friends my freshman year at JMU. We’ve shared many fun times and many hard times. We were roommates for a year & quoted a single-word line from Austin Powers often, which has never grown old. Dale has always been an example of someone who leans heavily on Jesus for daily strength, which has been crazy encouraging. He lives in St. Louis with his amazing wife Beth & their new baby girl Emma Grace, and serves as the choir director at Twin Oaks Presbyterian.
