taco meat in a calphalon

Okay, so it’s an omlette pan. It’s still a cool wedding gift. Thanks Joe & Apple! (Yes, Apple is the name of my ex-roommate Joe Creech’s wife. They’re cool. She’s Thai.)

I’m on The Quad (JMU)

Hahahaha I miss JMU.  For those local to Cville & out of the know, JMU's Quad is basically like UVA's Lawn.  The multiple references to being "on a boat" for our honeymoon are from the original version of this, which was basically a SNL sketch.  You can find it on www.hulu.com if you're curious & can appreciate stupid humor.

plug: James Madison University's premiere a cappella group, The Madison Project, presents their rendition of The Lonely Island's "I'm on a Boat". Their version, "I'm on the Quad", references JMU's beautiful Quad, and was debuted at The Madison Project's groundbreaking concert in April of 2009, entitled "This is Project".

See The Madison Project at their website, www.themadisonproject.com
Also check them out on Facebook and Myspace.
The Project's a cappella tracks also are available on iTunes.

touring the Veragua Rainforest - what we did in Costa Rica

I’m sorting through my gazillions of emails that accumulated while on the honeymoon… stumbled on one from the Veragua Rainforest. It was sweet to see. Check out the site: www.veraguarainforest.com

Remember that big to-do list?

The one that had like 4 weeks of things to do in 2? Sarah just felt slightly liberated here:
