Our new (first!) home!

Yup, it happened.  Yesterday Sarah and I signed a lease on an apartment.  We looked at a number around the Greensboro area & settled on one a little further out of the city in a small town named Kernersville.  It has everything we need and is designed almost perfectly in terms of accessibility… all without ANY explanation on my part to the management of “well, I need this because…” Sweet.

It’s a brand-spankin-new 2 bed / 2 bath place, obviously on the ground floor (me + stairs = not pretty), with room for guests, so come visit sometime & we’ll take you out for some amazing NC BBQ.  We have the apartment for the entire month of March (1 month free rent promotion baby!), and we’ll be taking a few trips down to get mostly moved in so we have a home to… well… come home to after the honeymoon.  Woohoo!  More photos will follow in the next month or so, but here’s the exterior:

The Visible Fruits of Labor, round 1…

…are in your hands, or should be any day now. The invitations are out! They were quite the process, as we kinda made them ourselves. Many thanks to Chris and Steph Gregoria, as well as our mothers, each of whom helped Sarah & me pull some marathon efforts to assemble these… all 225+ of them. Yikes.

Welcome to amazingness.

Alrighty… this site is slowly but surely coming together. Sarah and I will be publishing little bits and pieces over the next couple weeks to finish the relevant content prior to the wedding, so please bookmark this site & continue to check back often! For those of you who don’t know me, I’ll be formally introducing myself soon, and Sarah will do the same. We’ll put our engagement story up & all sorts of other goodies/photos/whatever.

You’ll notice that this site looks like a blog. It is. We’re relocating to North Carolina after the wedding & want to have a way for our family/friends to keep up with us.

So keep an eye on scottandsarah.info. Not scottandsarah .com/.net/.org/.whatever. .info was the only one available. Repeat after me… DOT INFO.
